Waiting for the paella...
It takes 20 minutes to make a paella, so the best thing to do is order it as soon as you arrive at the restaurant and then ask for a few clams (lightly fried with garlic and parsley) to eat while you wait. I am thinking about the keywords...perhaps simply Yum Yum Yum would be enough?
