"ONCE" kiosk in Zaragoza, Spain

The "O.N.C.E." or ONCE is the Spanish Association for the Blind (Organización Nacional de Ciegos de España). There are kiosks like these in every town, where they sell their own lottery tickets in support of the organization, the seller sitting inside the kiosk.
